I come from a technical support background with various skillsets focusing on computer hardware, Microsoft applications support, networking, web development, docker containers, and much more.

Computer hardware

Solid understanding of computer hardware components, including CPUs, motherboards, RAM, storage devices, and peripherals. Experienced in assembling, upgrading, troubleshooting, and maintaining desktop and laptop systems.

DNS

Strong understanding of DNS concepts, including domain name resolution, record types (A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT), and zone management. Experienced in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining DNS settings to ensure reliable network connectivity and performance.

Docker

Proficient in using Docker to build, run, and manage containerized applications. Experienced with Dockerfiles, images, containers, and basic container orchestration concepts to ensure consistent, portable, and efficient deployment environments.

Microsoft products
